Did you miss Top Gear Live last year? The Mole has just learnt tickets for this year’s show will go on sale on Monday.
Jeremy and the boys have started working on the line-up, which will include the usual TG stunts, hilarity and general cocking about.
Oh, and a bunch of cars – including Aston, Bentley, Caparo, Ferrari, Koenigsegg, Lamborghini, Maserati, McLaren, Pagani, Porsche… we could go on. Let’s just say the insurance bill for that lot runs to about £1billion.
The tour will kick off at London’s Earls Court on November 5 before moving to Birmingham and then taking off around the world.

Reccession or not we want to see something. i think i’ve rinsed Dave repeats to death and now having to move onto 5th Gear! Yes watched 2 episodes that i’m not proud of.
If budget is a problem think stupid and comedy smashes and forgot the super cars for a couple of shows. I think attempt 3 for the dover calais crossing should happen. IF 1 car doesn’t make it You all FAIL.

Looks like alot less series on tv then… as it is we only get it back on tv again this june. So if there going on tour again this November when the hell is the tv series after the one coming gonna be… June 2010, plus the series are getting shorter too. I know topgear live is suppose to be taking the show to the masses but two shows in the UK then their off jetting around the world again. Why can’t the rest of the world get their own clarkson crew and leave ours alone… enough sharing already. Looks like their slowly trying to cut top gear out of the picture on the BBC… either that or clarkson’s got greedy.

@Top Gear Mouse: You’re aware, of course, that Series 12 on the telly took place during the TG Live tour last fall/winter. (In fact, the live shows in Ireland were the reason why Jeremy lost his voice, as evidenced in 12×06.) Also remember that studio filming of episodes take place on Wednesdays (to go out the following Sunday); and the TG Live shows take place over the weekends. Not to mention the films (car reviews, challenges, et al) are done well in advance. (They’ve been filming stuff for this coming series since March!)
If TG on the telly were being canceled, we fans would know about it and there’d probably be a mass outrage. But the telly show is still going strong; and our threesome will “still be firmly on the cutting edge of cocking about”.
Also, TG Live, to my knowledge, has been part of MPH since, what, 2006 or 2007? Where was the concern then?

We had the same bull advert that promised various cars but it was drivel. All the cars are sourced locally for each event which meant in Ireland no Koenigsegg, no Pagani, no McLaren. I even know who owned many of the cars at TG Live in Dublin. Tickets were €125.50 each including a “VIP” backstage tour which was basically a lot of people herded from one end to the exit at the other. Panto entertainment and fake Ferrari’s. Maybe I’ve just miss calculated just how intelligent the average TG fan is. I expect more then some fake Ferrari’s doing donuts and a paper mache dragon thing.
Stick to the TV show which we all love.

Think its time for TGLive to be every other year in an effort to freshen it up.
Theres only so much fun watching fat metal trickling round the nec at walking pace. Handbrake and j turns are two a penny at asda any time after 10pm and more than likely to include a broken car and ego.
The obligatary stig being chased in a buggy. Those sodding flame throwers and the pre planted stooges in the audiance.Not forgetting the football game to pad out thelast 10 minutes.
Yes the races are mildly entertaining and the range rover tower and bikes in the globe were impressive a couple of years ago but it has all gone a bit stale.
Roll on the tv show where thay have the material to leave the dull bits out.

Hey it is June today and Top Gear is going to start again. …you know all of them MP’s who used up our Tax Payer money, I think they ought to hand it over to the Top Gear production team and then those three silly boys can go and be silly big time… what do you say Clarkson?…get the money for the moat for the Dover Calais 3rd attempt.. Get the money for the porn video for more ‘factual’ programmes in the USA and so forth… put that used up money back to good use and all that.

A load of shit. i’ve been trying to book since 9am, constantly on the web and by the phone, and after an hour i’m still no closer to booking. I know Top Gear is ‘Ambitious but Rubbish’ but how hard can it be to have a website that works? It’s not that ambitious. Just rubbish. Sort it out please.
Just got off the phone to the Box Office. Apparently not only is the stupid website crashing since 9am, but the box office don’t have the power to take bookings over the phone, making the whole point of a telephone number for the box office completely pointless. This would have been better organised even if it was run by the TG trio. Even they’re not this rubbish.

Top Gear live SHOULD come to ireland again. I am form Northeren Ireland and went down to dublin to see it in November. You need to rethink some of the things, because the stigs role wasn’t as good as I had expected. I am one of top gears biggest fans, well I think so anyway. I have watched every episode and I am only 15. I hope that the new series will be as good as the last one.

Took me 2 hours and 10 internet explorer screens to get them but I got them and I even missed college to do so… that wasnt good… buutttt I love top gear so much it wasnt much of a big deal haha! Row D… VERY exited

Is it right that the English shows are just Jeremy? It seems that way on the website…and the Irish show is JC/Hamster, but no May…I was thinking of popping over for the show, but I’d only want to go if it was the whole team…
That said, I’m in Vancouver and the SA show is on during the Olympics (i think)…that would be an acceptable excuse not to be in the city.

We had tickets to see it yesterday but the stupid traffic on the M1 meant we missed our show. We couldn’t believe it, we were all so disappointed! We got told to see the organiser at the NEC once we got there, and she said she couldnt get us in but could give us some measly backstage passes, which meant we got to see what we missed whilst being herded round at 40 miles an hour, so it sucked. They had better tour next year, I’m counting on it and I’m sure the other disappointed and neglected customers who missed it yesterday for the same reason feel the same way.

Stuck on M1 J28 for 3 hours (3 people lost their lives)then took 40 mins to get from M42 7a to the NEC car park – missed the 11.00 show by 15mins refused entry by security.
Feeling sorry that I lost £180 but thoughts with the families of the people killed in the pile up.
11.00 show saturday 14th november – Jeremy Clarkson was making jokes about the empty seats – totally oblivious to the total carnage and loss of life on the motorways leading to the NEC.
Ticket holders only 5mins late were been turned away by security.
