It seems that West Coast Choppers CEO Jesse James’ love of cars is rubbing off on his Hollywood actress wife, Sandra Bullock.
Not only was Ms Bullock at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed with James – who was running his custom Trophy Truck up the hill – but she’s also announced that she’s a huge fan of some Brit telly show called Top Gear.
“I love Top Gear. I live for Top Gear. I was watching one episode with this huge man squeezed into a tiny car driving around an office. I cried tears.”
‘This huge man’? You’ll remember Clarkson in that awesome Peel film.
She’s also confessed that she wants to be one of the Stars in a Reasonably Priced Car:
“I would love to be a Star in a Reasonably Priced Car. I want to do it. I saw Helen Mirren and she rocked it. One day I will be on Top Gear, even though the helmet would make me look so bad – and one day I would like to wreck the car in a blaze of glory.”
Many have tried Sandra, but only a few succeed.
For now she’ll have to stick with being in rom-coms like The Proposal, which is out in cinemas tomorrow.
Maybe Clarkson could appear in her next movie, as a kind of job swap?
No way! seriously? Sandra Bullok? ah well least she will be better then that sienna miller wots her face.
I’ve enjoyed her movies. She’s got great taste in TV shows. I love it too.

If she can’t remember Jeremy’s name and is that concerned over her appearance in a helmet I say there are better guests to invite. There are only ~14 spots a year. Use them well!

I think Top Gear is Popular enough to invite A-star guest list, and unless they have no idea what a car is, they will have no idea what Top Gear is

There are at least two UK stars I’d like to see on SIARPC in the future: Jason Statham & Daniel Craig. I’m sure Statham would jump at the chance, but I’m not sure if Craig would.
BTW, Tom Cruise needs to finally stop being coy and do SIARPC too. Clarkson’s been joking about it for so long, I don’t know what I’d think to actually see it happen…
