Never let it be said that the sixth episode of Top Gear was entirely predictable.
Better than that, we had a bona fide Rock God in the studio. But his status as a genuine hero of things that go up to 11 is not why Brian Johnson is worthy of special mention here.
He’s worth bringing up because he truly, properly loves his cars.
We’d be the first to admit that some of the stars in the Reasonably Priced Car are only part time petrolheads but when we get someone like Brian on the show it makes it all worthwhile.
Do you agree? Do let us know if the S in the RPC is still worth doing. Frankly, when we get a car-loving legend like Brian Johnson turning up we think it’s still a vital part of Top Gear.

I MET MADISON!!!! she was with a few bikers and they all stopped off at my local country pub sunday afternoon!
She was so nice! DEFINITELY not a dumb blonde! i think she is going to learn to ride a bike and my god did she look hot on a bike!!!! lol
I dont know if top gear read these messages but i just wanted to say thankyou for bringing her onto our tvs and she is such a nice girl, petrolhead too!
she wasn’t stuck up, we were scared to talk to her but she is so down to earth and quite frankly, were inlove lol so please say thank you to her for being as ace as she is!

Why are people displeased by this series? It’s what Top Gear is about, Jezza, Hamster and Captain Slow, cocking about in Cars and reviewing cars. If you dont like it go watch the heathen’s that are fifth gear and stop complaining.
You did a great series guys, ill be watching you on Dave for the forseeable future.

I enjoyed this season, but it’s showing its age slightly in my opinion. But I still enjoyed it. This ep was epic and a great end to a good series of a great show.

btw, Leno is a huge car fan and has a great online car show if anyone wants to check it out. Obviously it’s not very much like top gear (or any tv program for that matter), it’s just something he does for fun.
