If you happen to be anywhere near a telly later on, Richard Hammond will be appearing on C4’s Paul O’Grady show at 5pm this afternoon.
He’ll doubtless be discussing his new book Or Is That Just Me?, which comes out on Thursday, and how he pulled the tendons off his ankle while out running the other day. Ouch!
We also expect he’ll talk about some entertaining car show called Top Gear. Whatever that is…
I’ll be watching!

Poor Lad… with the run he has had this year, I’m guessing the gang at his local hospital gave him real grief over the ankle…
This I think is about the 4th time he’s been in the last twelve months… Poor Mindy might start wondering if her beloved husband has a bit of a thing for one of the nurses at this rate
@Teresa… If you read his latest book he sums up how to do a Top Gear Live on crutches (he did it last year in Jo-burg)…

I don’t think you need worry too much… remember this is the personable lunatic who a) postponed his appendix removal operation for two hours – which was kind of essential – because he was scheduled to meet some fans who had won a lunch with him and he didn’t want to disappoint them by canceling! And b) drove straight from the hospital to do the interview yesterday.
Mind you if he is still on the crutches come TG Live or studio day I am guessing that much ribbing will be had on the part of the other two!
