With the new telly series under way, we thought we’d set the record straight about audience tickets.
It’s the single most-asked question here at TopGear.com and the headline is – it is possible to get them. Honestly.
Technically it’s true that if we lined up all the people on the reserve list the wait would be years long, but the company that looks after ticket allocation is not operating a first-come-first-served policy.
And that basically means if your name’s on the list you’re in with a chance – no matter how long it’s been on there.
To register in this ticket lottery, you need to go to the Applause Store website and fill in a few details. They also explain the rules of entry a little better than we have here, so take a look at those too before you sign up.
Failing that, you’ve got us. Here at TopGear.com we give you the best behind-the-scenes access to your favourite telly show – from Clarkson, Hammond, May and the Stig. And a decent schedule to every broadcast on every channel on TV, plus a guide to each episode. Shameless plug, yes, but true.

look my husband would give his left nut 4 tickets he has told me this would be his number one wish list and he would do the housework 4 the rest of his life please please would u send me tickets to stop him bitching lots of love a really big fan and long suffering wife xx

TOP GEAR IS THE BEST THING ON TV.
IT SHOULD BE A DAILY SHOW OR AT LEAST LET THE STIG JEZZA HAMSTER AND CPT SLOW FRONT THE ONE SHOE

hi all at top gear, i have been on the waiting list now for 2 years, and my partner and i would really love tickets to the show plus 2 more if poss…? we work in the motor trade, have driven the gtr, and it would make our year if we could be apart of your show pretty please :O)x

hi could you please test drive the new atom befor i buy the one you tested on your show as it is 250bhp more than the old 300bhp which is due to the large v8 they have put in it

hello crap gear. i hope one of u will read it. your SUPERRRR UBER CARS are really not as good as u think. do u know why? they cant be even driving in east europ. even if u can drive it in russia or ukrain u are going to be killed and raped, so who the hell needs the car in which u are going to be killed before u get to the party to which u are driving to. if i had so much money i would spend them all for vodka

What makes top gear one of the most entertaining shows in TV is that trio ….Clarkson, May and Hammond i cant think of anyone that will be so good for that show as them….even if u see australian top gear or fifth gear tv show they try to copy them….i hope they wont leave…

Hi guys love the show i would love to know if you are comming down under with that i meen australia would like you guys to come to adelaide it would be great i own a diner takeaway shop in a small fishing town in edithburgh south australia and it has a car them it is cauled the garage diner we have all the old car bits here most of them auzzie cars but our pizzas are called cars to eg. thunderbird that is a bbq chook pizza and a chevy nova that is a ham and pinapple so on and so on would love to meet you or just show you my diner thanks guys for all your work regards wendy and paul xx

On Aug 1st at about 11.30am, we saw a Red Ferrari F40 driven by we think James May, following a 4 x 4 with rear window hitched up with Camera men filming it. It was near Bank in London. Can anyone else confirm that they saw this or perhaps the team can confirm this and let us know what show this will be on.
