Yes, we’re (almost) back. Following a couple of little Christmas hors-d’oeuvres that you may have seen, series 16 proper of Top Gear returns next Sunday (23 January) at our usual time of 8pm on BBC2.
The BBC2 trailer is below, should you have missed it. If you watched our earlier montage, the eagle-eyed among you will have already spotted a Ferrari F40, Jeremy in a Zonda R, a Rolls-Royce Ghost, a flying Beetle, upside-down Australians, Richard demolishing buildings willy-nilly, and James wearing a stocking on his head.
We’ll leave you to extrapolate on those images for now, but we’ll be back next week with more exclusive news on the series. And as always, TopGear.com will be your place to come during the run for outtakes, interviews and behind-the-scenes footage from what promises initially to be a very damp Dunsfold…
See you next Sunday!

What do you think?

Who’ll be the first man to beat the bishop? And in a reasonably priced car, too.

I have a serious, serios problem.
I don’t get BBC2 in the States.
I am an avide Top Gear fan, and was overjoyed when I heard there was a new series about to start.
Then I learned I would not be getting it through my sattelite service.
What is there, if anything to do?

See if your Cable/Satellite provider has BBC America. They are playing the episodes as shown on BBC2. New season started tonight. I live in the US on the East Coast
