Yep, here’s some extra special, super-exclusive footage from the great man’s 1:45.4 second lap, which saw him tower atop our, umm, pensioner leaderboard…
Those with keen ears will notice some rather car-appropriate music accompanying his lap: The Chain, Don’t Stop and Go Your Own Way. All from the Fleetwood Mac album Rumours, of course, which is has just celebrated its 35th anniversary with an excellent reissue.

Oh my gosh, this was EPIC.
My heart did a flip when I heard the bass riff for The Chain and Mick on ‘Tom Gear’, I can’t take it… too much awesomeness.

Wonderful behind the scenes info.
Great man, fantastic background music, wicked sense of humour.
Good to see a photo of his Austin 7 on the show.
It would have added something to hear of his other cars, I think he has owned a Jag XK120, Alvis, Jensen cv-8 + others.
What about having his ex brother in law, Eric Clapton on!
