Behind the scenes with James McAvoy

James McAvoy Top Gear lapScorching laps and enormous orange beards deserve tasty heavy metal soundtracks. Which is why we’ve set our bonus footage of James McAvoy’s rather impressive run round Dunsfold to the delightful ‘Macbeth’, from Hell’s seminal album ‘Human Remains’, in tribute to his current role in London’s glittering West End.

His tyre-melting lap’s even more impressive considering the Last King of Scotland star’s only had his licence for a shade over three years. Still, as he revealed on the show, he’s had plenty of driving practice during shooting for his new film Welcome to the Punch (which is in cinemas on 15 March, McAvoy fans).

Can’t you put up some outtakes that weren’t used in the show on here? Love to see more of the range rover film, kia rugby and Bentley rally.

hello im an american as my name says and i have a question and a request. what i want to know is why do you (jeremey, james, and richard) dislike american cars so much? i just want to know(if you even read this,i dont think you will though).
i know you have other cars you will drive and other stuff, but i was wonderiing if you could drive a Ford F-150 SVT Raptor (yes its american and its a truck) on your show if you guys do it would honestly make me the happiest person ever.

thanks
